Be sure you get the proper training with this stun gun to be most effective with this device - I think it is a very good quality stun gun at a reasonable price and it would deliver at a desperate time of need.

Must do responsible self training - This seems to be a great product. Must read directions and be prudent about safety training! Granddaughter was thrilled. We insisted on the YouTube instructional video for safety tips.

Fortunately haven't had to use it yet. - I can't speak for how it works when actually used on someone, fortunately haven't had to use it yet. But the sound alone is enough to scare a person. Like that it has a flashlight also and can't be used against you if on your wrist and someone takes it. The pin comes out and the device in useless.

Yes. Buy it! - I love this stun gun. I bought one for my best friend and one for myself. We go walking a lot and she is parnoid so i thought this would ease her mind. I have to say i feel like a badbottom carrying it. The sound is loud and intinidating and you can see the spark. Also love that it has a built in flashlight. And the fact that they cant take it from you and use it on you without the pin is a huge plus. But if they get close enough for that they are close enough for a taze. No harm in purchasing it. It is inexpensive and the flashlight option allows it to be used so at least you cn use it for something. I am trying to find a volunteer to try it on. So far no luck. I will be buying one of these for all of my female friends and family. Hope they never have to use it but rather them have it.

Excellent Product - I love this product. It fits in my hand well and the best feature is the arm strap with the firing pin. If someone grabs it out of your hand while the strap is around your wrist, the pin pulls out of the gun and stays with the strap and the assailant cannot turn and use the stun gun on you. Also has a strong current/charge. I plan to get one for my friend to keep with her because she likes to shop at night.

Nice product. - Luckily I have not had to use it but it sounds fierce and I believe it would absolutely scare off any would-be attackers. It's got some power to it - after I fired it off for a second to test it I felt a little bit of tingling in my fingers. Nothing painful and didn't last long. But it showed me it is powerful.
